ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed by 12:00 am PST are generally processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 am PST are generally processed and shipped out by the next business day. Shipping times are show on the checkout page.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders to Canadian destination are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service
All orders to U.S. are shipped Canada Post Expedited US Parcel Service.
All orders to International destinations are shipped Air or Surface mail.
We reserve the right to disallow shipment of certain products such as large quantity order of products in glass containers containing liquid substances; products not approved for import to the US by the US Food & Drug Agency; any dangerous substance or article prohibited by law or defined as a dangerous good by the Non-Mailable Matter Regulations and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders $100.00 and OVER (excluding taxes) will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
All orders LESS THAN $100.00 (excluding taxes) will be charged $5.95 shipping fee using Canada Post Expedited Service.
An additional charge of $2.00 shipping fee will apply to all protein bucket orders weighing 1.5kg
ORDERS SHIPPED TO US DESTINATIONS
All orders shipped to US destinations will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from the customer. If we do not receive your approval of these charges your order will be cancelled.
United States shipping charges may or may not include any additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
All orders shipped to International destinations will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from the customer. Orders are shipped via Canada Post - Air or Surface Mail. If we do not receive your approval of these charges your order will be cancelled.
International shipping charges may or may not include any additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DURING HOLIDAY SEASON, ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED BEYOND SHIPPING TIMES SPECIFIED BELOW.
No-Hassle Returns
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue the refund within 15 days.
Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST) Sales Tax
Orders shipped to BC destination - All applicable GST and PST are charged on goods shipped to British Columbia destination.
Orders shipped Outside of BC - All applicable GST is charged on goods shipped to the rest of Canada, outside British Columbia.
Orders shipped to US and International destinations - No GST and PST charges to destinations out of Canada. We are not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes applicable to products shipped outside of Canada.
